Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the R7 platform and mobile application. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction
R7 (RecuirementSeven) is a Saudi platform specialized in flexible employment solutions and workforce management. The platform connects Saudi youth with flexible job opportunities and provides companies with advanced tools to manage their workforce efficiently and in full compliance with Saudi regulations.
2. Definitions
Platform / App: Refers to the R7 website and mobile application.
User: Any natural or legal person using the Platform (Job Seeker or Company).
Company: The entity that creates a business account to post jobs and manage employees.
Job Seeker: The individual using the Platform to search for employment opportunities.
3. Registration and Account
Users must be at least 18 years old to register.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
R7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or Saudi laws.
4. Services Provided
R7 provides the following services:
Flexible job posting and recruitment management.
Smart GPS attendance and time tracking system.
Electronic contract creation and signing integrated with Qiwa.
Automated payroll system (including overtime, allowances, GOSI, and WPS).
Real-time employee tracking and movement monitoring.
Task and shift management.
Asset and custody (عهد) management.
Advanced analytics and reporting.
5. User Obligations
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Not to post any misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
Not to use the Platform for fraudulent or competitive purposes.
Comply with all applicable Saudi labor laws and regulations.
Immediately report any unauthorized access to your account.
6. Company Obligations
Provide accurate and complete job descriptions.
Comply with the Saudi Labor Law in all employment practices.
Pay salaries on time and in accordance with agreed terms.
Treat all employees fairly and without discrimination.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the R7 Platform, brand, design, and content belong to RecuirementSeven. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless cancelled.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Refunds are subject to R7’s refund policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
R7 is not a party to the employment contract between the Company and the Job Seeker.
R7 does not guarantee employment or the hiring of any candidate.
R7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
R7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.
